During the 18 February 2024 municipal election, voters were allowed to enter the poling stations with their cell phones. Now the JCE cell phones, cameras and computers will not be allowed. Of course, firearms also continue to be banned.

Interesting as many states have laws against it or that regulate it. I would assume one of the reasons is for privacy.

Maybe because they would be talking on it while in the polling station. I'm talking about everyone using it. Imagine the chaos.

that's like the "wear a helmet rule" while riding a moto. Just no f...... way that they leave their phones at home. What a Joke ! How does this works ??? i really would like to kinow !... Is there is like a special time frame that they (the government) has to come up with a totally dumb idea or is it by coincidence every 3 month !?
