The digging near the top of Camino Llibre started yesterday afternoon. Another disaster this morning. One lane coming around a bend and nobody directing traffic. Fun fun fun here on the North Coast.

In other cities where over population of vehicles is a problem, they have different license plates for different days the vehicle is allowed on the road. Mexico city for example has a red plate and a blue plate.

It's gonna get worse this week or next. They have new water tubes in one of the empty lots. They are going to dig it all up again.

Camino Liibre (the road to Hispaniola) is worse than ever. I can barely get by with my car, I've been using my Jeep. It's been 9 months now since they dug it up. No accountability by anybody in this town.

I went to Intrant in Puerto Plata this morning around 10am and what a disaster that area is. I drove around for 45 minutes looking for a parking spot.....nothing. I decided to go into the large parking lot in front of Intrant. Drove in there for 5 minutes and it was full of buses, cars and old...
