    a 16oz can of King sardines cost around 100pesos and has 100 grams of protein. its hard to beat one peso per gram of protein. They are my workers favorite bonus after a job well done. in picante sauce is the only way to go.

    Moca road or route turistic

    the moca road for 6 miles from sabaneta to jamao is rough from jamao to past el cumbre is paved, there is construction on the last 4 miles on the way to San Victor (when you get to the 'T' at the bottom of the hill). be very careful driving on either of the 2 highways, stay tight to the right...

    hide your 'good' knives (and frypans), and buy a few knife sets from IKEA for the kitchen. everyone of my half dozen kitchen knives from ceramic paring to full size chef have the tip broken off. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? how do 'they' do that?
