Recently, I received advice from a legal representative at Abreu & Associates in Santo Domingo suggesting that registering a company could facilitate temporary residency. My intention is to establish a school focusing on Different technologies, creating employment opportunities and eventually expanding to other parts of the country. Could anyone confirm the validity of this information and provide insights into the timeline involved if you know?

Abreu and Associated specialise in Residency matters, so they should know better than people here, I would think.
Your right but you must always validate among other people that would tell you their experiences and make an informed decision.
Maybe contact another law firm and see what information they can give you. That will give you at least two options and/or opinions.
