Japan is working with DR to develop a smaller and a powerful modern engine for the new Line 3 Metro route from downtown SD to Airport. This will change everything but the taxi mafia will not be happy once line is up/running.

I thought the Germans were going to build a line from Caucedo to Haina via the airport and under the 27th February?

All are potential projects that goverment may choose when they complete the legal process to select the contractor for plublic works.
