I passed by a vaccination site here in the center of Santiago on Saturday morning when running a few errands.
It had been open for about one hour and the only people I saw there were the doctors/ nurses with their assistants
standing outside under a tent. Not exactly the hoards of people (we were told) I expected to see.
Not a single patient in sight.

Just tried, (curiosity got me) the site took me all the way through the process, even down to the exact barrio I live in out here on the Samana peninsula..

Still not working here. The only provincia displayed on the drop down menu is Distrito Nacional. Under municipio, the only option displayed is Santo Domingo(DN)

also the same for me. and
https://cita.vacunate.gob.do/ shows only District National for me. and the options suck. universities, club naco, casa de espana, couple of other clubs etc. centers only. has got to be other places. schools hole in the walls etc. still looking for areas closer to colonial zone or gazcue

For the poster's above who can only pull up the Distrito Nacional, could it be due to your internet settings?
VPN or device's location?
I have no problem accessing southern shore locations throughout several cities/municipalities/towns from my current location.

My wife got her vaccination today and she didn't even have to leave the house. The doctor brought the vaccine and gave her the shot. Doctor is the husband of one of our teachers.
