You have to be old enough to remember when comedy was allowed to be funny !
Thanks Robin Williams

George Carlin was my favorite, too. And I absolutely liked Jonathan Winters. You can say that again. My favorite was George Carlin, but Williams certainly had his moments.
No argument on either but don't forget Norm McDonald. Yea, he did OJ to death but it was always funny.George Carlin was my favorite, too. And I absolutely liked Jonathan Winters.
I never saw him live but I watch his videos all the time. There are many that I've seen at least 10 times. Always funny.John Pinette was pretty good .. Saw him live several times and split my sides laughing.
When he did small venues, he would actually pick up the phone if you called there before or after show.
You would really like my boy Tony Clifton as he didn't even try to be funny.I always thought Hart was as funny as watching paint dry. All the comics that were there to roast him
were not the least bit funny. Even Seinfeld sucked
Andy Kaufman never did it for me.You would really like my boy Tony Clifton as he didn't even try to be funny.
Me neither but it takes talent to insult the whole audience into leaving the venue, even when they know it's coming. Something funny about watching people looking for refunds from a comedy show designed to insult them.Andy Kaufman never did it for me.
