LOL.. I bought a six-pack of beer last year and it's still waiting for someone to drink it.

When I got married, all my family and friends from Europe brought top-of-the-range booze......
I am nearing the end of the last bottles------ nearly 14 years later 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes I will live like a king in SOSUA.
Just think about I pay all services US $100. a month... internet RD 1,850. Electricity RD $800. HOR US $30. Including water service. A prepaid cellphone plan.
Food and beverage I would say RD $500 a day
I Will be driving around everyday looking for things to do.
I don't need a lot of money to live in DR.

Chapiadoras won't make not money with me.

JJ
they will with me

Not everyone is a piss tank. I spend less than 2000 pesos a month on Alcohol. My wife does drink and she doesn't like restaurants. We own so don't have the rental expense.
Bob you should try drinking life is short go have some fun pal

Obviously not, because first of all you need to tip the first person who greets you $100, then $100 for the bag boys at the supermarket, and of course we should not forget the barber who should get ATLEAST a $500 tip.. so then $1600 won't last long.. :geek:
speaking of barber what is the normal cost of a shave here?

OK, You should have worked harder in your younger years and invested, you would not need to count your pesos and live paycheck to paycheck. Screwing service people is rude and inconsiderate..

Like the USA, there is an oversupply of lawyers here. I believe there are many that don't make that much.
There are many who don't even practice law. I know at least two who became lawyers then went on to be doctors.

When I go on vacation that's the way I am, giving away money to everyone but when you make a permanent move you got to thinking differently.
